After six years of absence, the German band from Berlin will return for an exclusive headline performance at Rock am Ring/Rock im Park festivals. Die Ärzte headlined the festivals before in 2007.
Tickets will go on general sale on 5 June at 12:00 local time and will cost 149,00 Euro (without camping).
You can see the post of the announcement below:
Die Ärzte are a German punk band formed in 1982. The band, which consists of three members, released their debut album Debil in 1984. Due to their exclusively German lyrics, Die Ärzte are very popular in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and some other Northern European countries. The band was also thinking of releasing an album in English in the mid-1990s, but they dropped the idea. Die Ärzte have released thirteen albums, and their latest one, titled auch, came out in 2012.
