Roskilde 2020 is going to be a very special edition. This summer, the Danish festival will celebrate its 50th anniversary with the likes of Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and Thom Yorke. Combined with the legendary status of the festival, it’s surely going to be an epic birthday party. Of course, The Strokes cannot be missed among the musical royalty. They have always been welcome guests at Roskilde, already having taken the stage in 2006 and 2011.

Primavera Sound also has a birthday to celebrate in 2020. The world’s most influential indie festival will turn 20 this summer, and the biggest names in alternative music will be present. From Lana Del Rey, The National and Massive Attack to Pavement’s exclusive reunion show, the Spanish festival knows how to throw a party. The cherry on the cake are The Strokes, who will return to Barcelona after their exclusive show in 2015.

Best Kept Secret is one of the hidden gems on The Strokes’ 2020 tour schedule. With a capacity of just 25,000, it’s probably the smallest and most intimate setting in which you can see the Americans this summer. The Dutch festival is beautifully located next to a lake, and the stages are surrounded by trees and forest. Besides The National and Massive Attack, The Strokes are the ultimate headliner for Best Kept Secret. It will be the New Yorkers’ first show in the Netherlands since 2006!
