Europe doesn’t seem to get enough of Metallica! After last year’s sold out European tour the band is coming back to fill those stages once more.
As was hinted at earlier, the band just announced their 2019 European tour dates. Sadly, no festivals are included on the list.
The American metal legends will be supported by Ghost and Bokassa. Tickets will go on sale on 28 September 2018 at 10 AM local time, while Fan Club presales start tomorrow.
More info about tour dates you can find on the official website.
We’re returning to the UK & Europe next summer for a run of outdoor gigs at stadiums, parks, & even one at a castle! Our friends @thebandGHOST and @Bokassaband will be joining us along the way.

Metallica
Metallica were formed in 1981 by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich. They met after Lars posted an ad searching for people to jam with. The American band also consists of Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo. Metallica is known as one of the “big four” bands of thrash metal, and one of the most influential bands in the metal genre. Fun fact: scenes from the movie Johnny Got His Gun were used in the videoclip of Metallica’s ‘One’. As a result, the movie’s popularity expanded, making it a cult antiwar movie. Additionally, the lyrics of the song follow the thoughts of the movie’s protagonist Johnny, a soldier who lost his sight, hearing and speech, and was paralyzed in the war.
