The Chemical Brothers announce first European show for 2020

The Chemical Brothers reveal the date for their first show in 2020. The British duo will come to Ireland in June next year.

Fabulous news for Ireland! Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, aka The Chemical Brothers, have confirmed they will be taking the stage in Cork, 30 June 2020. They will perform at the Independent Park alongside KETTAMA and James Holroyd. Tickets go on sale Friday, 22 November.

Currently, the boys are touring the UK with their latest record No Geography. A recent twitter post featured the same hashtag, indicating the upcoming show in Ireland will be dedicated to the new record. Moreover, it is quite possible further dates might be added to next year’s schedule. Check out the post below:

The Chemical Brothers

The Chemical Brothers are Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons who formed the band in 1989 in Manchester. Together with The Prodigy, with whom they performed at this year’s Deichbrand festival, they were pioneerrs at bringing the big beat genre to the forefront of pop culture. Their second record Dig Your Own Hole brang them widespread success, topping the UK charts in 1997. No Geography is the name of their ninth studio album, released in April 2019.
