Noches del Botánico, Madrid
Noches del Botánico will take place in Madrid, at the Royal Alfonso XIII Botanical Garden during the months of June and July. A natural environment that will host artists of different genres. From pop to jazz, through Latin and electronic sounds. Last edition we were able to see artists like Ben Harper, Keane or Michael Bolton, bringing together more than 65,000 people. Attendees will also be able to enjoy a market and great food. It’s a fantastic option for those who are thinking of traveling to Madrid this summer and enjoy some of the best music.

Las noches del Malecón, Murcia
Celebrated in Murcia, in the southeast of Spain, this event will take place during the months of May, June and July. It hosts great Spanish artists, such as Iván Ferreiro, Zahara and Muerdo. In addition to the concerts, Malecón will also include performances by outstanding comedians like Faemino y Cansado, Goyo Jiménez and Martita de Graná. A great way to practice your Spanish! Without doubt one of the most interesting cultural events in the country this year.
In case you haven’t visited Murcia yet, this is your chance. It is not the most known place in Spain, but if you want to enjoy good food and the Mediterranean coast, it is absolutely perfect. Very close to the city of Murcia – where these concerts take place – there are many towns that you can visit, such as Águilas, La Manga or San Pedro del Pinatar. They’re full of natural landscapes and beautiful beaches.

Cultural Fest Go!, Almería
Continuing through southern Spain, we now head to Almería. This city will host one of the best musical events of the series of concerts in Spain this 2021. Both established and emerging artists in the country’s music scene will participate, including Arnau Griso, Nil Moliner, Xoel López and Andrés Suárez. Additionally, there are especially interesting gastronomic offers, comedy shows and activities for children.
Moreover, if you’ve never visited this part of Andalucía, summer is a great chance to visit the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Just half an hour away from the concert venue, there are some of the most astonishing beaches in the country. They are located in protected areas, so they are very well preserved. On one of the beaches, some scenes from the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade were filmed.

Muelle 12, Alicante
These events will be held in a 6300m2 outdoor venue in the Port of Alicante, in a perfect union between music and food. Muelle 12 started last March and will continue until October with more than 50 shows. It came out as a #SafeCulture initiative, supporting culture in these difficult times. The line-up includes some of the most compelling Spanish artists of the moment, such as El Kanka, Sofía Ellar and Carlos Sadness, accompanied by international acts like Film Cinematic Orchestra and the world-famous violinist Ara Malikian.
Alicante is located in the Valencian Community, the best place to try an authentic Spanish paella. In addition, it is precisely in summer when the ‘Bonfires of Saint John’ are celebrated, possibly the best time of the year to visit Alicante. It’s the largest celebration in the city, a mix between music, food, drink, monuments, processions, fireworks, great beaches and, above all, a perfect atmosphere. Without doubt, it attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Jardines de Pedralbes Festival, Barcelona
Located in Barcelona, this is one of the largest music in terms of series of concerts in Spain.. Throughout the months of June and July it will offer a wide range of concerts of various musical styles. James Blunt, LP, Crowded House, Patti Smith and Andrés Calamaro are some examples of international artists who will play. On the Spanish side, there will be performances by artists such as Monica Naranjo, Miguel Bosé, Álvaro Soler and Raphael.
It is important to highlight that Barcelona is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Europe. It is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and stands out for its multicultural environment, its architecture and of course its history. There are great influences from various artists such as Pablo Picasso and Joan Miró. In Barcelona you will have the opportunity to enjoy cultural activities such as visiting museums and art galleries, as well as some of the most impressive construction in the world, such as the Sagrada Familia.
