Fest Festival is returning in 2022! For the third time, festival-goers will gather in the beautiful green Silesian Park in the center of Chorzów in Poland. Wondering who will perform during next festival edition, which will be held between 10 and 13 August 2022? Definitely check out!
Fest Festival is a quite new festival as it had one edition in 2019. Even though, the first edition was highly acclaimed by most of the festival-goers. For this reason, in 2021, the edition was was extended from two to four days. The edition to come will also deliver four days of pure fun!
It is worth knowing that the name of the festival is not only a shortcut from the word “festival”. Indeed, it comes from a local Silesian dialect. The word “fest” in Silesian means something good and fine as a noun and when it is an adjective, it means “very”.
Line up 2022
[10.02] Second wave of announcements arrived to Fest Festival! First from the among announced stars was Caribou, who is the legend of electronic music and creator of countless dancefloor anthems. Making up for last year, when the artist called off his performance due to covid restriction, festival re-announce slowthai, who is representative of the British rap scene. During festival in Chorzów, festivalgoers will have the chance to see jxdn aka Jaden Isaiah Hossle is an american singer and songwriter who began his career on TikTok, Duke Dumont with his song “Ocean Drive”, which was the eletronic anthem of summer 2015 and band, which recently celebrated 30 years anniversary – Scooter.
Among other announced artist were: indie pop artist Chloe Moriondo, original and with a doze of good 90’s vibe Gus Dapperton, polish rap group OIO, rapper Sokół, American experimental band Son Lux and ambitious electronic music performer Vitalic Live.
[27.11] Fest Festival announced their first artists! The first headliner at Fest Festival 2022 is the Belgian superstar Stromae. The singer released a new song, Santé, a month ago, and is already preparing a world tour passing by most of the biggest festivals in the world. Fest Festival is ready to party with some of his biggest hits like Alors on Danse. During the third edition, festivalgoers will have the opportunity to see the one and only British collective specialized in contemporary soul – Jungle. Among other artists, we can put the light on the Swedish rapper Yung Lean, the singer and songwriter Woodkid, MK – AKA Marc Kinchen, FKJ (French Kiwi Juice) and the polish rapper Young Leosia.
Fest Festival 2022
FEST Festival is a multi-genre music festival in Chorzów, Poland. The first edition in 2019 was already a great success with innovative stage designs, 24-hour party areas and a well-stocked line-up. Amongst others, Disclosure, Alan Walker, Metronomy, Jaden Smith and Little Dragon graced the bill. James Bay, Kygo and Paul Kalkbrenner were headliners of the 2021’s edition.
